KIMBERLY HENRY is a first year MA student in cinema and media studies at The University of Southern California, as well as a freelance writer and podcaster whose work has appeared in Evocations Literary and Arts Review, The Mary Sue, and Vermont Public Radio. She is co-creator and producer of Media Literate, a media studies podcast collaborative. Kimberly received her BA in English from The University of Vermont, where she founded the podcast section of the school newspaper, The Vermont Cynic. After a brief break from academia, during which she immersed herself in the world of roller derby under the moniker “Alice ClockHer,” Kimberly returned to graduate school to hone her skills, not only in writing about film, but producing it as well.
